I have booked for new connection online on 24.04.2019 and made the payment on 3rd May 2019. I contacted sub Engineer Mr. Ashish Mathankar or Rabale sitting at R-976 but now he is not picking up my phone. When will I get the new connection. My application no. 19796666.

If you cannot give me connection, kindly refund the payment made to you immediately.
