Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — no action on high bill and repeated complaints

My billing unit is 0329 and consumer number[protected], address flat no 203, m/s rd builder, plot no 21 sector 11, taloja. From last 12 months i have been complaining on line about high bill and every time my complaint is closed without any action. Copy of complaints enclosed as an attachment for reference. Everytime i m paying huge amount of electric bill. Even my flat was vacant for 3 month still got high electric bill. You can check from nov 2016 to feb 2017 meter reading was same unit consumed is 0 but still i have been charged for 73 units each month and in april 2017 meter jump 813 units and after that meter running high and getting high bill every month. How can i afford to pay such a high bill every month. The problem is that after repeated complaints every month no action has been taken. Please do the needful and change the meter at the earliest.
