before raising case i checked all possibilities, meter switch is on, main switch is on.
i am trying contacting all the toll free numbers to log a complaint however, no response . can you please raise a case and help us by resolving the issue on priority. since 4 hrs there is no electric supply in our house, all rest houses are having electric supply with no issues. being a regular billing customer i and everyone should get response on given so called TOLL FREE number as they are 24*7 as per policy.
