In september i received bill of rs.1520 without any usage, i raised online complaint on 24th sept and also called on helpline. My consumer no is[protected].
Despite of follow up the bill was not rectified. And in january again i was billed wrongly. I paid partial bill in january though it want correct.
In feb i found my meter was taken out, i visited office and asked for explanation. I was told they have no records of online complaint and i have to pay reconnection charges which i paid. Till today meter was not fixed after asking official at sector 15 replied very arrogantly to my wife. My wife called me from there and i spoke to officer. He told from septemeber bill was not paid. Why should i pay wrong bill, and why meter taken out without contacting me, he agreed that he had payment details for partial charges i paid. Today they have fixed meter. I want to take up this matter very seriously and want mseb to take action for not acting on complaint and misbehaving
