I am trying to pay my Electricity Bill through SBI Maestro Debit Card. But After completing complete process I am getting error message " Sorry ! Your transaction was declined. Please try again. Reason - PBE10002-Authentication failed." and I am not able to pay my electricity bill. Please guide in this matter. My last date to pay this bill is 27th Aug 15. reply as early as possibble.
