Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — Nov/Dec Bill paid but not showing up in the portal and added up on Jan bill

I have paid electricity bill for nov of 1740 rs on 8th Dec and 3770 on 20th Dec but this is not refelecting on the mahadis website and it is still showing payment due.

Can someone please check and help on this. as every month the previous month amount is being adding and generated the bill inspite payment.
Please help resolve this urgently.
