My consumer no.[protected]

One phase supply not coming from substation to my house at plot no. 23a, sector 8 kharghar navi mumbai 410210.

This type of defect comes after every 4-5 months.

The 3 phase cable directly coming from breaker of substation which is 100 mtr away from my house.

Please do needful on priority
