Dear Sir
I received MSEDLC bill for Mar-16 with adjustment of Rs. 2339/-. This flat was not occupied by me for since May-15, as the erstwhile tenant has left and the flat was vacant. The meter was running properly and whatever minimum consumption was happening, I was getting the bill. From Jan-16 onward, my Aunt started staying alone their as she is a widow and I was getting proper bill. But in the month of Mar-16, I got a bill with adjustment of Rs. 2339/-

I raised online complain at MSDECL site (Complain no.[protected] in apri and was shocked to see that, status of said complain is reflecting as closed/resolved, without any intimation to me or correction in bill
