Please refer to my above consumer number[protected] Name : SMT INDUBAI RAMDAS YETRE. Refer to Bill Number (CGN) : [protected] Dated[protected] Bill Amount : Rs. 2, 340.00. I have made payment of this bill on date[protected] via scanning QR Code by BHIM UPI APP and payment was successful. UPI Transaction ID is :[protected] Time : 08:34 PM, amount : Rs. 2, 340.00. BHIM UPI Payment successful screenshot is attached herewith. But payment not credited into my account. I also sent an email to : [protected]@mahadiscom.in on 17 May 2023 giving them all details as above and also sent them the payment proof, but still amount not credited into my account. MSEDCL officials should take care of this issue and resolve the case. They should credit the amount into my account.
