Online payment date was 09.09.2018 & 11.09.18 and onward Due to technical error of msedcl site unable to process or pay the bill dues for the month of august 2018 to be paid in september-18 Technical information (For support personnel) Error code: 403 forbidden. The server denied the specified uniform resource locator (Url). Contact the server administrator. (12202) Consumer number[protected]. As per customer care received guide line to pay from portal of msedcl quick view bill payment but it was observed that the amount is showing as 129530.00 instead of 128360.00 (Discounted amount). So our objection is that due technical error of site, we should not be punished. The different amount to be adjusted in next bill or refund the same (Amount will be :1170.00) which please note. Current in a earthing. and light is also dim

We are facing this power outage issue since evening 6 PM. And MSEB is least bothered about it. We were informed that the power outage will be from 7 PM to 10 PM, however we are still without electricity till midnight 2. AM.
Meter[protected] has been faulty for last 2 yrs and inspite of several complaints there is no response. Also huge bills insipte of meter being faulty. please help is get resolved
