Dear sir,

My consumer no is[protected] with billing unit as 4252 :panchavati s/dn.in the name of manohar surve.

Though there is minimal consumption o[censored]nits, meter reading is not considered for billing and bill is prepared considering adhoc units of 101 every month since last 4 months. Complaint has already been lodged. Technician of mseb has already visited & checked & recorded meter reading. Still current bill received with adhoc units of 101.
Request you to bill as per actual meter reading & revise last 4 bill amount.
