[Resolved] Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — overcharging the bill

Hi team, Have received the bill for the month of dec'18 is rs.300/-. As unit consumption was 16 only and my bill is so high. Don't understand how they are calculating the amount. Also tried to log a complaint on mseb website but it is rerouting to some another and ask for the login and after that complaint option disappeared. Please ask them to explain me how consumption bill is calculated. As net arrears, total arrears etc so many things are added. Don't understand. Please intervene here.
