The employees of mseb sangli do not receive the calls. There is a power cut from last 10 hours but they are not even bothered to receive our calls and atleast tell us when when the electric supply start. If we visit their office, they talk in a very rude and ruthless manner. They have no responsibilties and literacy. They dont know how to talk to women
