Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — payment transaction failure 02.09.2018

I made a upi bill payment through mahavitaran web. The transaction failed, but amount was debited.

Here are the details:

Amount debited: rs. 3940/-
Date of transaction: 02-sep-2018.

Request you to please initiate the refund process immediately...
