My power was cut due to 3 days late payment and when we went to wakad office to get this reinstalled i was asked to go to kalewadi office and pay rs. 100 and receipt to be collected after coming to wakad office. After everything was done at 2:30 pm, staff said that the meter will be reinstalled by 5pm. Even after 5pm nobody came to reinstall. When i called in office, the staff said it will happen by 10pm as this is the timing. After asking on whay, she disconnected the phone.
I am disappointed on why power was cut in 4 days delay and even after everything was done, staff has not reinstated the connection so far and are rude to the customers. This happening in summers is even more worse.
