Dear Sir / Madam,
Myself Mr. Savla from Dombivli. Consumer No.[protected]. Bill Unit 4577
I pay all bills Online through Net Banking.
Being all clear records, Yesterday few persons from MSEB Dombivli reached my home and enquired for us. When no one at Home, they just disconnected our House Power.
After coming to know all this, We reached MIDC for checking the status at MSEB, but they just said it will be connected by evening.
Kindly tell me the reason for all this which is not acceptable and it is something Unethical Behaviour.
