Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — power failure 2 consecutive days | |||
Complaint is against Mahadiscom, Kalyan I am residing at Giridhar Apartment, Gauri pada Yesterday on 11/06/2019 when rain just started power failure i occurred at 10:00 pm in our 1st wing (other 2 wings power supply was there) Technicians came informed to our watchman that some cables has burnt that need to be replaced which can be done in morning. Today(11/96/2019) whole day till 3 pm technicians were working power was kept off during that time. Later at 7 pm again power gone for 30 kins again at 9 pm. Now again at 10 pm power failure occurred and when i enquired with our security he said "technicians came and said there some cable issue which we can't so now and will come in morning" I want to ask is this some kind of joke going on, that technicians come and say that will attend work tomorrow.., why ur working for 3 shifts work for gshift only then. And after whole day of work still the issue is not solved. For your information my dad is handicap, mom is a BP patient, I have 5 months baby, me n my wife both are working had sleepless whole night, worked for whole and again will be facing a sleepless night. i[censored]r technicians are not well competent to do the said job at given time then throw them out as well face in our private job.
