Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — Power failure in my area 4375-Nalasopara west S/DN PC -4

Kind Attn MAHAVITRAN TEAM,

I am writing this complain regarding the power failure getting rapidly from last 2 weeks, My Consumer No.[protected] area Nalasopara west,
power failure in my area during morning time from 9 am to 5 Pm, and this failure issue is happening rapidly in the region, and after calling to customer care they reply no intimation given to them by any wireman or lineman,
This issue is going on and on and we are having trouble .

I request kindly make some strict action regarding this issue
