My consumer no is[protected], from last 5 month you are giving me average bill this month i received bill of rs. 1230 for 103 units. The verification of meter is not carried out properly and blindly you are giving average bill.
You are requested to give me actual units bill.
I request you to take action in this matter.

Dear Sir,
i have received high bill and my house closed since April, when i complained they shifted meter outside but still bill is high
and they are threatning for cutting the connection
i am ready to pay but not additional bill
