Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — regarding the electricity bill due to faulty meter

My consumer number is[protected] and the meter has been faulty since august 2017. The mseb says they don't have three phase meter to replace and the bills are averaged out from summer - exorbitantly high - 2000 per month and i have been paying this since september 2017. Please help
I have also raised complaint on call - and the complaint number is 8398596 mseb complaint number - baner mseb office is assigned this complaint
