Sub division - mulshi
Since last 6 months we are facing continuously light issues and even voltage issues. Everyday we are launching complaints to mseb tollfree customer care number i, e [protected]
Every time there executives are saying your problem will get resolve soon but till date i am facing same issues again and again.
I am facing different issues are as follows:
1) unnecessary powers cut everyday
2) voltage issues motors are not working
3) no water bcoz motor will not run without electricity
4) every month bill is a huge amount some month i get bill of 5000 or sometimes 8000 as well
5) no response from our sub division in mulshi
6) no response from there senior engineer mr. Harsh kulkarni
7) using of bad words which we should not use from mr. Harsh kulkarni (Senior assistant engineer)
8) no response from our area light man me. Parkhe
9) no action taken after giving 3 times written complaints to our sub division from me. Harsh kulkarni
10) least bothered to solve the customer problems
Entire area is facing these issues everyday. After giving continuous complaints from everyone they are least bothered to resolve the problems we have finally launched a case in consumer court against maeb and also mr. Harsh kulkarni and mr. Parkhe (Lightman).

And also we have file this case to central government and state government board of electricity department.
Very soon a legal action will be taken against mseb.
