In the above mentioned context, i am shri. Arun baburaoji urkude, pethward bramhapuri, dist. Chandrapur my domestic meter consumer number[protected]. The monthly payment for may 2017 is 5420 rupees and june 2017 payment is 1960 rs, i complaint to mseb bramhapuri but there is no action taken.
However, the payment for may-july 2017 came to rs.-1670 (Minus one hundred rupees seventy rupees), but the actual meter readings show a great difference. There is a variation of 424 units in actual meter reading (Actual 17494 meter readings and 17070 in bill). To eliminate this error, i give letter to mseb bramhapuri, but in office my meter reading image was found to be the second image of the wrong meter (My meter is electromagnetic and reading image is of digital meter) and accordingly i have got the bill. Since last 2 months, the meter reading has not been taken directly.
Mr. Pramod dhakate, who took the meter readings, was contacted from the telephone, he said that the readings were done in the mishap, but actually no meter readings were taken from the house. That is why the electricity bill is charged at an additional rate.
Earlier, in may 2017, the payment was made at an increased rate of 501 units.
I am financially and mentally disturbed by the lack of coordination in the work of meter reading, considering my problem, my electricity payment should be charged at the lower rate and actual meter reading. Was this information helpful? |
