My consumer number is[protected]. Despite of submitting complaints on their website often, I am experiencing frequent power cuts, during day time there are frequent power cuts that's why I have chosen to work in night shifts from home (IT job). There are power cuts during nighttime as well. I always pay my bill on time and in return I get ridiculous service. My building people have put in multiple request to move our power supply to urban area as it's under Pune Municipal now, mseb people don't care at all. Please sort this out at the earliest as it's financial loss for me. Thank you.
