Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — technicians not attending the call

I sandip singh, reside at “shantinath-1, ostwal empire, boisar, 401501. There has been shutdown of electricity in one phase of my housing society. This happens every 2-3 days in our society. Recently, when there was a shutdown, i called the technicians of the following company many times. To my surprise, firstly they did not take my call and after a while they turned off their mobile phone. For your convenience i am attaching their name and mobile nos.-

Also i am attaching the call log, on how many times i have tried calling them. I request you to take strict action against these technicians.
