My mahadiscom consumer no:[protected] and my last bill payment was on 02-dec-2019 of rs. 1, 510.00 for the month of nov. And got the new bill for dec (1, 306.85) for which due date is some how 6-jan which i'm unable to pay due to some personal issue and on 21-jan-2019 i received the bill for the month of jan which included my dec (Rs. 1, 306.85) month dues + jan month bill (Rs. 827.43) = 2, 130.00 for this bill the due date is 06-feb-20 so i'm planning to pay it in 2-3 days but before the due date of this bill.
But today staff of mahadiscom came to my home and they harrasses to disconnect our line & meter. My mom told them that my son will pay it in 2-3 days but they are not ready to listen anything, also they don't have manner how to talk with seniors they are just wanted to cut connection like anything but after some conversation they told if possible than pay in 30 min otherwise we will cut your connection.
I also called customer care no. Mseb-[protected] to tell all the story but one executive telling that they can disconnect your connection for bill due of only month.
My concern is
: why m/s. Mahadiscom is not providing trainings to their staff on how to behave and how to talk with the customer.
: can m/s. Mahadiscom not provide the time (2-3days) or wait till due date of next bill.
After receiving call from my mom, i've paid total rs. 2, 130.00 from one payment app but behavior and rules of mahadiscom is not acceptable.
Kindly look into this matter and take the corrective action.

this area is primary school most of the lights not working
in school corner only one light provide but that is not comfort for this
