Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — unethical behaviour of mseb | |||
I am raghavendra varade residing at aurangabad since november 2013. I am not regularly visiting nashik road, the place where i built my own house. I used to pay lump sum amount to take care of my energy bill with minimum charges with proper application. Nowadays the facility is not available and mseb is charging average bill of inr 500+ per month. When enquired with the respective section, the in-charge asked me to keep the gate open or send photo of the reading for getting the actual bill or disconnect the supply, which is not possible. While making these rules, why the irresponsible, incompetent and useless person are involved which gives mental pressure to the consumers? This month (Jun 2018) i received a bill of inr 1170, previous bill paid on 06.06.2018. Is it the justice? Can we consider this as a dictatorship of mseb? Give me the solution in this case.
