Good afternoon, Im following up with mahadiscom for my complaint on high bill since last 4 months, i have mailed them multiple times but still not getting any response. Complain is still unresolved but they never fail to send thier person for disconnecting the line if there is delay in paying the bill. They want to me pay the bill which is disputed and for which i have complained, still i have made part payment of that bill. Below is the compliant mail sent to mahadiscom but did not receive any response. "this is to keep you informed you that my complaint number “[protected]” for high bill is pending since last 4 months. I have also made part payment of that bill and waiting for the complain to get resolved. Meanwhile people from your electricity board are visiting at my residence for disconnecting the electricity supply. Request you to kindly get it resolved at the earliest."
