Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — urgent and very important: regarding false electricity bill

I write concerning the account with details given below:

Billing unit: 4643, shil sub division
Consumer type: lt

This is my kind attempt to bring your attention on the serious problems associated with the electricity bill statement generated on 29/03/2018 for the billing period 21/02/2018 to 19/03/2018 for above account, the copy of the same is attached for your reference. It can be seen from the billing statement that the current meter readings (C. R) are same as the previous meter readings (P. R) whereas our meter is working properly. And still the person who generated this billing statement has managed to list 'consumed units=146' and generate the 'total billing amount to be paid=993.93 rupees'. I don't know how that that person has reached to these magic numbers even when the difference between c. R and pr is 0 (Zero).

This is not the first time that we are getting false billing statement. We have got false billing statements for moths october-2017, november-2017 and december-2017 also. I am attaching here all the billing statements of preceding months when we have got such false meter readings.

I am very much frustrated with the service provided by msedcl. No one is simply bothering about the things going on in the shil sub-division (4643). No one is there to listen our problems. From last 3 months we are complaining about the false electricity bills to msedcl office in diva, but no one is listening. We had also registered a complaint by email to [protected]@mahadiscom.in, but they said this is not their job and suggested to register the complaint on the toll free nos. [protected] /[protected]. The officer there (Call attendant) promised us that, he will look in to this matter and will report these problems to the higher authorities. He also told that the billing statement which we received in january-2018 is correct and asked to pay all the balanced amount listed on januaruy-2018 bill. So we paid all the balance amount which was skipped due to the false billing statements. After that we got the correct billing statements for the months feb-2018. But again we have got the false billing statement for the month march 2018.

I kindly request you to look in to this matter very seriously and do the needful.

I have submitted reading on mahavitarn app on 19 march 2018.reading is 262 unit.but after 15 days they send me 313 unit which is not consumed yet.due date of bill is 19 April 18.due to above 300 unit my bill is increasing .if it is under 300 it should be less.plz help .
