Consumer No.[protected], Billing Unit 4636. A very high bill of 11680 was issued with completely wrong meter reading. The bill reading read 1464 whereas actually it was 632. I have raised several complaints about the issue. Complaint No. : 5362700, but no change in the Bill. The actual reading was also taken by the MSEB official and told that the next bill will be corrected but no change.And now they have cut my connection without any notice.
