Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — While paying light bill through mahavitaran application payment was debited from account but bills is still showing as pending

I was paid bill on 12may 2023 using hdfc net banking, so bill amount is debited from account and bill is not yet paid .It is still showing as pending in mahavitaran application.

I was send an email to helpdesk of mahadicom but still not get an reply on it.

Bill amount is 7770 rs.
