Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — without reason cut power then not received call.

I am live in neral, old bazar peth, neral every questio10 to 10.30pm between cut power without reason nd mid neight also. After they not received any call nd not giving proper reason. Every day they have a problem in bazar peth area. But actually no problem in that area.
Please i have request to you, please give a proper action and justified the same.
