Our meter is faulty and not working since month of march-2017. I have already given complaint in the form of application in my sub-division about changing faulty meter to mseb office in shivne, pune. Because meter is faulty we consistently receive high amount of bill. I have to always correct my electricity bill in the mseb office in kothrud head division. They generate provisional bill using average reading. Looking at the records we have less then or around 1000k bill. But they charge us average bill around rs.1, 400/- every month. I am suppose to pay this amount for last 8 months to avoid discontinue of electricity. I reuhed to my sub-division office for meter replacement but they never took a better action.
I have even complaint to the mseb complaint desk but the usuall reply "problem will be put on high priority and solved soon".
Its my humble request to please look in this matter as soon as possible as i am facing extra bill issue. Thankyou
