Wrong bill has been handed over by Company, having doubt about defective metering unit.
Always erratic billing pattern by company. No one listens here
With ref to above subject, Bills generated by company are always erratic. Unable to understand the billing system..
Please clarify how billing systems designed also please clarify how meters are being calibrated and what is frequency of calibration for meriting unit.
