I am receiving wrong bills from last four months. No one is taking the meter consumption readings & charging me average bill which is very high than my regular billing amounts. I am raising complaints from last four months. I am getting reply against each complaint that they will take corrective action & someone will visit & resolve it. No one has visited from last four months. This time also I got average bill which is wrong.
