I received electricity bill for Sep which was approx 1000 unit higher then the real in Meter I registered my complaint online, by mail and to the local office. The local officer promised me that new bill will be generated and will receive with in 15 days no need to make any payment till that but in Oct I received bill with same unit zero unit consumption and the bill amount was 7k higher then the previous bill I went again and registered complain to local office same thing they told me I will get new modified bill till that time no need to pay any amount I told him to give me in writing which he refused. Then I made complain online and on twitter yesterday and today but no response

Updated by suryakumar menon The new bill dated 15th oct just received and received message that complaint closed but the bill again is incorrect and doing repeated mistake as my meter reading is not 35331 but it is 34899 now photo attached and sep it was 34585 I could not understand from where they are getting 35331 reading kindly do the needful
