[Resolved]  Mahaeschol — academic year is not changing in form

respected sir, i am darshana devghare student of RTMNU BE 3rd year.sir my scholarship form's academic year is not changing.i want to apply for[protected] but it is[protected] and there is not other option for changing the year.. i am also not able to fill the form because all fields are showing inactive...plz give me suggetion and proper steps to change.
