[Resolved]  Mahagram Payments Private Limited — fraud work of policy this company

Dear sir,

My agent code - ag011038, application ref no.- mg68689. I've paid rs - 18000/- on[protected] with payment id[protected] & ref id - [protected] for bob kiosk banking.

After receiving the authority letter, i've visited the linked bank branch as per information but they refused 'authority letter' & saying there is no vacant place for kiosk banking & kindly contact the linked organisation, after that i contacted our sales coordinator reema gupta but no any response from her and also she does not receive my call them i call on customer support executive always says talk with your sales coordinator.

I do not get the bob kiosk services in my location, so kindly refund my deposited money.
