I am Bharat Atm Retailer User. Bharat Atm App provided by Mahagram Payments Private Limited. Sir I am apes withdrawal by BHARAT ATM APP so this fraud Company hold my 54, 400Rs hold last 18 months, i have complaint many platforms but no solution my hold amount. Please sir help me, because not solution so am sucide.

So many month's going on and so many 10day's going on but our service very good. I am very very impress i think your one worst useless and west company for mahagram payments privet ltd.

Its one off the fraud work of police company.

Mr prashant vidhate an employee of mahagram payment private limited company इनन्होने मुझे कॉल करके बताया कि आपको हम egram ajant id 3000 रुपय मे देगे तो मैने 3000 रुपये देके egram पोर्टल am002143 ले लिया इसके बाद mr prashant vidhate का मुझे कॉल आय ओर ओ बोले कि आपको बँक मित्र csp सेटर 20000 रुपये मी मिलेगा तो मैने उनको बोला कि मेरे पास 20000 रुपये नहि हे तो उसने मेरेको 10000 रुपये का पेमेंट करणे को बोला ओर माने बोला कोई पोर्बालेम आय तो उन्होने बोला इतनी बडी कपनी हम एसे नीही चला रहे कोई पोर्बालेम आय तो आपको आपका पेमेंट रिफंड मिलेगा तो मैने 29/6/2018 को 10000 रुपये का पेमेंट कर लिया उसके बाद मेरे documents का प्रोब्लेम के वजहसे आपका csc नही हो सकता असे उसने मुझे बोला तो मैने 10000 रुपये रिफंड मागें तो मेरेओ मुझे बोले कि आपके रिफंड 05/08/2018 को होगा 05/08/2018 को मैने कॉल किया तो मेरा कॉल रिसीव नही किया फिर मैने उनके सिनियर को कॉल किया तो रिफंड नही मिलेगा ओ बोले

My agent code - ag011038, application ref no.- mg68689. I've paid rs - 18000/- on[protected] with payment id[protected] & ref id - [protected] for bob kiosk banking.

After receiving the authority letter, i've visited the linked bank branch as per information but they refused 'authority letter' & saying there is no vacant place for kiosk banking & kindly contact the linked organisation, after that i...

Date of incident: 22/01/2018

Incident-
I take nsdl pan card service from mahagram.in by paying 10, 000 security deposit (As they mailed this is fully refund).

But initially they said it taking 3-4 working days, to activate nsdl paam id.
But after regular followup with the client they didn't give me paam id.

Where ever i trying to contact them, they politely saying it will activate today only. But it was more than 45 days, account still not activate. They only given me egram id "ag010329". Where i nothing to do. (They said you are not authorise to access the service because you applied for nsdl agent)

But nsdl agent also not activating.

Again i contact them recently, they said your documents was not complete, but initially (Before make payment) i asked and told that please make sure all documents are complete, after complete all document i will make payment, that time they said it was complete only payment is pending.

And now i said for refund me my money, i do not want to take your service, they said it can't be refund, as per the company policies. But i seen no where is mentioned in mail that fully refundable security deposit is not refundable.

Later i hear that the company is fraud company, all staff also doing fraud business in india.

I confirmed from nsdl, nsdl not given any licence or authority to mahagram payments private limited.
