I bought clemio 15 ltrs water storage geyser on 26 th june 2017.since the day it is installed, it has been giving problems. I have been complaining, but the issue has not been resolved yet. The service centre noida and the area manager Mr Sunil could not get it repaired. Rather they kept wasting our time. Many a times our registered complaints were cancelled by the service centre very smartly. The noida service centre in charge Mr sudhir is not interested in correcting the gadgets in the warranty time. He kills the time. He wasted my 2 years now still the geyser is not working.
Moreover I got a call from the maharaja company that the geyser would be replaced in a day or two, but Mr sudhir didn't replace rather he sent the inefficient worker to repair it and the gadget worked for a day only. I'm sure that Mr sudhir has claimed the geyser from the company and pocketed it. Mr Amit, the technician told me that the geyser can't be repaired and he would get it replaced within 3 days and after a week, he is asking me to complain anywhere wherever I can because the company is not ready to replace it.
I'm not supposed to use abusive language but the company's executive Mr Sunil and the service centre in charge and the company itself deserve that only. Abiut 6000, hardearned money has gone down the drain. Plz do the needful done and don't harass me further Was this information helpful? |
