Maharashtra Pollution Control Board [MPCB] — Complaint about a Chimney duct being left open causes noise and air pollution

Address:Blue Sapphire Hotel Tatva and Hi Face Society is impacted big time Pimple Saudaghar

A restaurant next to our building premises has being sold without builder making proper provisions and this has caused my family and neighbourhood flats to live miserable life with the noise entire day and also the exhaust fan and chimney being installed without any silencer and an owner has being requested couple of times about the same with no luck... Myself and my kids are suffering of bad throat infection because of this kitchen air. We can't leave kids to play in premises and neither can they concentrate in studies at home because of the unavoidable noise. Also a pregnant women in a neighborhood has being urging for the same with no luck... Please help us...

Updated by Neelu Tirathdas Chandwani There is no improvement... Urging help here. If anything happens to me or my family i will hold everyone responsible. As no one is supporting us and the chimney smoke and smell with miserable noise of chimney is taken our health for toss

We are still facing the same challenge everyday without the restaurant owner being warned several times but no luck. If anything goes wrong I will hold government and hotel owner responsible as I am not getting any support which is impacting mine and my entire families health badly
