Maharashtra Pollution Control Board [MPCB] — Day and night construction noise in residential area

Location: next to pvpit college, bavdhan khurd, pune 411021

Landmark: feel bliss, bavdhan khurd

Complaint:
Loud noise, high decibel of construction equipments and activities going on 24/7 including night time since last 2 weeks inspite of the lockdown. Note that this is a residential area and we are not able to work, focus nor sleep at night and have daily headaches. This is becoming a health hazard, that too during times that we are already struggling with covid outbreak.

Just wondering how the builder can get permission to go on like this day and night with no concern for following any regulation nor for the residents living in the vicinity.
