Maharashtra Pollution Control Board [MPCB] — I am complaining about a thermocol company which is illegally running at residential place by making noise and air pollution

I am residing at National Highway no.8, Vasai, which is a residential area were a thermocol company is illegally running their business by making noise and air pollution. Which badly affects the health of people living there.
I had once complaint last 3-4 year back but no strict action was taken. The company was closed only for 4 four days then again it started . So i kindly request you to look into this matter and please take some strict action against it.
I would request you people to come and check and also ask people living around how much they are having trouble due to it.
