Maharashtra Pollution Control Board [MPCB] — I am complaining about noise pollution in my area which is violation of environment protection act 1986(EPA).

Address of temple ; shri Saibaba Vishwakarma temple, Sutar vasti, shikrapur, shirur, pune 412208.
Above temple has loudspeakers which it uses daily for 1 to 1.5 hours with very loud noise which is close 80 to 85 dB which is clear violation of rules and regulations for noise control mentioned in EPA 1986.
Also it violates the supreme courts judgement of 2005.
also they don't have any legal permission to used loudspeaker daily too loudly.
I want you to take action on above temple as per rules and regulations to stop using loudspeakers with sound which violates the rules and judgement of supreme court 2005.
