Maharashtra Pollution Control Board [MPCB] — I'm complaining about the chimney producing mass amount of carbon and black smoke in our society

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am residing in Moti baugh Patil house Kausa Mumbra Dist Thane behind our Apartment there is some illegal construction is there in that they are producing mass amount of Black smoke and Carbon which is coming to our apartment's and we are inhaling the toxic gases please look into the matter and stop this work as it is not in industrial region but in residential place.
