Dear Sir,
We have received the high amount of electricity bill for month of June, 2015 & AUG, 2015 rupees
2361.43 /- and 2743.72/- (Normally our monthly bill was Rupees 700 to 800 maximum).
we raised the complaint regarding the meter issues to electricity office(Virar West) for high in bill amount and If, meter is faulty then kindly change the meter. But, they didn't listening our complaints and saying to us "pay the bill first than we'll see the issues" after paying the bill still no action has taken. my mother had visited to office for the issues & complaints, one of the electricity officer said, 'first pay rupees 150/- for complaint for meter checking and technical issues'.
After paying the Rupees 150/- (dated:04-SEP-2015) still no action has taken(todays date is 14-SEP-2015).
Sir as per my analysis, we are using normal home appliances such as TV, LED Bulb, FAN, Refrigerator, etc. No water heater, No Air conditioner still we are getting high meter unit and bill amount.
please look into the issues seriously and take proper actions of my request.

I WANT MY METER TO BE REPLACED AND PROPER BILL AMOUNT SHOULD BE PROVIDED.
Note: In our society there are several issues regarding the electricity meter and electricity bill.
