Dear sir, jule 2018 month's bill is so high, the meter run so fast for around one month (Jun to jule) as compair to cnsumption of electicity after that now it show regular reading which can be satisfiedly compair with the consumption. We use only two led bulb, one fan, one cooler, one tv. Which are mostly on at only night whenever needed. I dont have fridge, washing machine, water pump moter, boarwell, ac etc.

The average billing units are "80" but this month the meter had run so fast "830 units" for no reasons which can be concider. So the billing amount is rs.10050.00

So i compained to the sub station officer of the city, one lineman came and observed that the meter is showing normal reading and said that i have to pay the total billing amount because the meter now functioning normal. He saying that we had consumed much electicity.

But when we had not used that much units which are showed at meter, that means meter may faulty but now functioning normally.

We are under bpl (Below poverty line), can not pay the billimg amount 10050.00 rs my average billing amount is between 300-500. How and why should i pay that much amount.

So, please manage the paying bill with my avarage billing units.
