Hello Sir/Ma'am,
Complaint Consumer ID is[protected], Billing Unit Code is 2127 (BALHARSHAH URBAN SDN) and our meter is Low Tension Line (LT Connection). We are residence of Maharashtra State. So we are the consumer of MSEDCL Company. Name of Consumer is Late SMT SAKUBAI PADGILWAR. I am her grandson Rushabh Dhananjay Padgilwar. Due to our electric meter is faulty, It is not showing proper reading sometime it shows excessive reading and sometimes it shows the readings which is not visible properly to the eyes so reading taker person capture the photo of that reading and assume as per their convenience . This has been happening for the last 7 month. And In the First 3 month, No one was staying in that house, still we were paying the rent of 600 to 700. After 3 months new Tenants (Kiraydaar) are came in that house and the bill increases every month. If this is happening in every month how the tenant will stay in my house. My dad complained about this in the MSEDCL OFFICE in BALLARSHAH (Pin Code- 442701), but they said that the meter has been out of stock from last 6 months, so you have to buy it yourself from the market. The cost of meter in market is[protected]RS and fitting charges are different. I tried to register a complaint on the website of MSEDCL Company so many times, but there is some error on the site while registering the complaint. I also tried all three helpline numbers for complaints but 2 of those numbers are already disconnected and 1 is always busy if in case the call is forwarded to assistant then just ignore the calls. I am tired of this problem now. I tried every [censored]ing way to register complaint. I also mailed them on their helpline Email ID. but they didn't give any response. HELPLINE NUMBERS FOR COMPLAINTS are [protected], [protected], 1912 and [protected]@mahadiscom.in is the HELPLINE EMAIL ADDRESS. All are useless. Now I don't know what to do, please help me to solve this problem in any way if possible. This month bill of that house is 3, 210 RS. Tenants who stays in that house is Labor, how can they use 311 Unit of electricity in single month. They already pays extra bills from last 2 months. But in this month, the bill amount is too high. They are refused to pay. And if they're refusing to pay the bill, then we have to pay that bill because we are the owner of house. And We can't also pay so much bill, please help us. I will attached this month light bill photos and readings photos and last month reading photos for your reference (to identify the photos of which month, I mentioned the name of photos. I HOPE YOU WILLN'T IGNORE THIS LIKE MSEDCL COMPANY IGNORES.
