I am paying bills from last 3 years without meter reading as meter is faulty. The same is brought into the notice of concerned office verbally as well as in written application is given several times. No action has been taken as to the replacement or repair of faulty meter. I have to pay the electric bills for units that is not used by me.
Kindly do the needful so as to replace the meter and refund of excess bills l made to the company. Thanks
