Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — a very uncomfortable seat, no safety, no seat belt. felt betrayed by msrtc

My ticket number is 32858563. Seat no. is S-44 of Bus Shiv shahi . Reservation is from BULDHANA TO PUNE. It is a very uncomfortable seat and very risky as well. It is at the left side of driver seat. Not feeling like traveling in ac bus. They shouldn't have sold this seat or should make it safe at least. If driver had to break urgently, i would get injured. I can fall on stairs from the seat.
So i want the refund of my money.
