Dear Team, I booked ticket today from mumbai central to shrungartali for 4th April 2021 6.45 a.m. amount got deducted but did not received tickets. Below message received from Bank ALERT:You've spent Rs.1163.66 via Debit Card xx6861 at MSRTC on[protected]:16:20:01 Kindly refund my amount of 1163.66 Rs at the earliest. please let me know why this issue happens, I have faced this issue 2nd time because of which I am unable to book ticket online and had to go and do manual booking because of this issue.
